GARMAN x Julian Moreau

Four dinners, four neighbourhoods, one long table.

A dinner series staged in rooms that were not restaurants — a framing shop, a rooftop mid-renovation, a nursery in the Grove. Julian cooked from whatever the morning market gave him, and seating was assigned to put strangers beside each other on purpose.

Behind the concept

The rule was that nobody sat with someone they arrived with. It is the reason people still email us about the second dinner.
