The Art of a Miami Morning
The city is photographed at night and lived at dawn. A case for the first hour.

Everyone who moves here arrives with the night version in mind and converts, usually within a year, to the morning one.
By 6:40 the causeway is a different municipality. Runners, fishermen, two people carrying a folded table somewhere. The light is flat and generous and makes everybody look like they sleep well.
What the first hour offers is not productivity. It is the only part of the day Miami does not perform. You can walk to water, take your time, and arrive somewhere before the heat has an opinion. Nearly everything GARMAN makes assumes you will be awake for it.
